Peter Lau – Experience Design: How Do Brands Stay Humanly Relevant In A Digital Era?
In a time when there is hunger for digital innovation everywhere, we think our primary responsibility is to help brands prepare for the disruption ahead. The solution is for brands to become digital inventors of new products and services.
To do this, customer-centric brands harness Experience Design ? a practice that focuses on the design of end-to-end experiences across touch points, from definition to modeling to service delivery. It is for brands who are passionate about creating humanly relevant and meaningful experiences while also delivering value to the organizations that deliver them.
Peter Lau is a recent Denver transplant and Gyro superstar that moved here from Sao Paulo, Brazil. He comes to the Mile High City from working as the Creative Brand Strategist for Google at the World Cup 2014.
Prior to Google, he founded his own digital agency, Garage Interactive, and was Director of Digital Innovation for Latin America at McCann WorldGroup. All of this grew his portfolio to include such hits as Pixar, Nike, Victoria Secret, Nokia, Land Rover, AMBEV and Intel, just to name a few. He leverages this experience and his passion to combine branding, architecture, culture and design to connect brands and people.
